Pickled Sport Peppers

>A wonderful pickle on its own or a great addition for a little spice.

Ingredients

  1. 8 each Medium Heat Pepper
  2. 1 cup White Vinegar
  3. 1/4 cup Water
  4. 1 tsp kosher salt
  5. 1/2 tsp sugar
  6. 2 cloves Garlic

Method

  1. In a medium sauce pot combine vinegar, water, salt, sugar, and garlic. Bring liquid to a boil. Once it boils and the salt and sugar are dissolved add the peppers and simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Place the peppers with the liquid in a sanitized jar and let sit for 24 hours. They will stay good for up to a month under refrigeration.
