>A wonderful pickle on its own or a great addition for a little spice.
Ingredients
- 8 each Medium Heat Pepper
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic
Method
- In a medium sauce pot combine vinegar, water, salt, sugar, and garlic. Bring liquid to a boil. Once it boils and the salt and sugar are dissolved add the peppers and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Place the peppers with the liquid in a sanitized jar and let sit for 24 hours. They will stay good for up to a month under refrigeration.
