Brining your vegetables takes the flavor to another level.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 1/4 ea garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 lbs mixed vegetables
- 1 qt of Brine (see recipe)
Method
- Cover your vegetable with brine and let those brine for 30 mins to 1 hour.
- Strain the vegetables from the brine, pat dry. Make aioli then grill vegetables until desired texture and toss with aioli.
