Cheesy Potato Wedges

This cheesy potato bake is quick and easy to throw together with very few ingredients.

Ingredients

  1. 16 ounces Russet potatoes
  2. ¼ cup sour cream
  3. 2 ounces cheddar cheese
  4. ½ cup heavy cream
  5. 1 each white onion (chopped)
  6. 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat Egg to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and set up for indirect cooking. Wash the outside of the potatoes then cut into large wedges. Set aside in water to keep them from oxidizing.
  2. Dice onion and mince garlic. Combine with sour cream, cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Drain potatoes and toss with mixture then place in a greased baking dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and the cheese has melted.
