Cast Iron Fried Potatoes

Fingerling potatoes are great for pan frying!

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 pound fingerling potatoes
  2. 5 tablespoons ghee
  3. Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cut the potatoes in half on a bias.
  2. Heat a cast iron pan on the Egg to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Put the ghee in the pan and then add potatoes. Fry the potatoes until crispy and fully cooked. After fully cooking, place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
