Delicious and creamy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- kosher salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 ounces heavy cream
- 1 ounce of parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Black Truffle salt
Method
- Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper
- Roast over indirect heat at 425 degrees until tender.
- Once cooked place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Crush potatoes with a fork until mixed thoroughly.
