A delicious cookie perfect for your favorite topping.
Ingredients
- 8 maple pecan cookies
- 12 ounces whipped cream
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp instant espresso powder
Method
- The Cookie was made famous by H2O Sushi and is available at 4 Birds Bakery now owned by a former Chef JJ's Sous & Pastry Chef. Check them out at 4birdsbakery.com.
- Preheat the oven to 450º. Place the cookies in the oven for 6 mins or until the cookies begin to darken. Meanwhile in a mixing bowl add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and espresso powder. Whip until the cream has stiff peaks. Serve the warm cookie with espresso whipped cream and enjoy!
