Corn ribs are a trendy new way to eat corn on the cob!
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 8 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 tbsp blackened seasoning
- Sauce of choice for dipping
Method
- Preheat the Egg to 400F and set up for direct grilling.
- Cut each ear of corn in half, then stand the corn up and cut straight down the core twice and then repeat leaving you 8 ribs per ear.
- Grill the ribs over direct heat for 15- 20 mins. Remove from the grill and toss in melted butter with blackened seasoning. Serve warm with sauce of choice for dipping.
