Corn Ribs

Corn ribs are a trendy new way to eat corn on the cob!

Ingredients

  1. 4 ears of corn
  2. 8 tbsp butter, melted
  3. 4 tbsp blackened seasoning
  4. Sauce of choice for dipping

Method

  1. Preheat the Egg to 400F and set up for direct grilling.
  2. Cut each ear of corn in half, then stand the corn up and cut straight down the core twice and then repeat leaving you 8 ribs per ear.
  3. Grill the ribs over direct heat for 15- 20 mins. Remove from the grill and toss in melted butter with blackened seasoning. Serve warm with sauce of choice for dipping.
