Tuna Poke

Nutritional Information

Tuna poke is a raw appetizer and is great with chips or on its own!


  • 2 1/2 pounds sushi-grade tuna
  • 1 1/2 pounds cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup mirin
  • 1.5 tablespoons chow chili sauce
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 1/2 green onion, sliced
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 avocado, grilled, then diced
  • 1/2 large red onion, grilled then sliced
  • togarashi, for garnish and to taste


  • 1. Dice the tuna into ½ inch square pieces across the grain.
  • 2. Combine the remaining ingredients and give it a gentle toss until all ingredients are mixed well. Season to taste with the togarashi, kosher salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
