Tomato Jam Pizza

This pizza makes a great appetizer or a savory dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce pizza dough, see recipe
  • 6 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 1 ounce basil, chopped
  • 5 ounces tomato jam, see recipe
  • bacon, for garnish

Directions

  • 1. Preheat Egg to 400º using indirect heat.
  • 2. Roll out pizza dough, top with ingredients in order. Slide the pizza onto the plate setter dusted with cornmeal and bake until cooked throughout.
