Sweet and Sour Potatoes

Make this recipe for a different take on sweet potatoes!


  • 3 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3/4 cups apple cider vinegar, more to taste
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard, more to taste
  • parsley, for garnish
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • 1. Combine everything except the potatoes in a bowl. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • 2. Preheat the Egg to 425º using indirect heat. Roast the potatoes until fork tender. Remove from the grill, toss with the dressing and season to taste. Garnish with parsley.
