Steak with Tulip Tree Cheese

This steak is simply seasoned with salt and pepper and finished with Tulip Tree Creamery Cheese.


  • 32 ounces hangar steak, trimmed
  • 8 ounces Tulip Tree Creamery cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • 1. Preheat EGG to 450° using direct heat and a cast iron grate.
  • 2. Season steak with salt and pepper and let rest.
  • 3. Grill steaks 2-3 min a side or until a thermometer reaches an internal temp of 130. Let rest 5-10 min. Serve with crumbled cheese.
