Steak Tacos

Nutritional Information

The key to this recipe is to rub the steak the night before, allowing the meats to tenderize.


  • 2 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, trimmed
  • dizzy pig rub of choice
  • For the Tacos:
  • 2 ounces cilantro, chopped for garnish
  • 6 ounces cotija cheese, for garnish
  • 2 1/2 avocado, grilled then sliced
  • 2 1/2 ounces pickled red onion, see recipe
  • 20 corn tortillias


  • 1. Preheat the Egg to 450º using direct heat and a cast iron grate. Grill the steak until desired temperature. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving with remaining ingredients.
