Ingredients

  • 96 ounces sirloin steak type one
  • 96 ounces sirloin steak type two
  • 96 ounces sirloin steak type three
  • giardiniera
  • sweet chili mustard

Directions

  • 1. Cut Steak into 1” cubes and skewer on flexible skewers, season with salt and pepper, Set up EGG to 450° direct heat using cast iron. Grill skewers 3 min a side or until internal temp reaches 130°. Let rest 5-10 min, serve with accoutrements.
  • 2. Sweet chili mustard is Equal parts Sweet chili sauce, and dijon.
