Sirloin Skewers

These steak skewers are easy and perfect for any cookout!


  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅙ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons worchestershire
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, trimmed, cut into 1 1/2
  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • traders point creamery fleur de la terre cheese, as desired


  • 1. Mix together and marinate the mushrooms and steak separately for 3 hours.
  • 2. Preheat the EGG to 450º using direct heat and a cast iron grate. Skewer the mushrooms and steak. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.
  • 3. Remove from the grill and immediately top with cheese. Let rest for a few minutes, then serve.
