Shrimp Cocktail

Nutritional Information

The key to great shrimp cocktail is freshly grated horseradish.


  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh horseradish, grated, more if desired
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 24 whole shrimp
  • basic brine, see recipe
  • Swamp Venom Dizzy Pig Rub


  • 1. Whisk together lime juice, honey, horseradish, Worcestershire, hot sauce, tarragon, and olive oil in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Brine shrimp for 20 minutes. Remove from brine, season with dizzy pig rub. Preheat the EGG to 400º using direct heat. Grill the shrimp until cooked throughout.
