  • 4 oz radishes, sliced thin
  • 4 oz chives
  • 4 oz cilantro


  • 1. Preheat Egg to 400ºF with plate setter for indirect heat. Season cod and place on stainless steel rack. Bake until Cod reaches 145ºF.
