Easy roasted beets.


  • 24 oz Red Beets
  • olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper


  • 1. Preheat Egg to 400ºF with plate setter for indirect heat and stainless steel grate. Toss beets in olive oil and salt and pepper. Next, wrap in aluminum foil and place package on stainless steel rack. Cook until tender about 30-45 minutes.
