A popular Jamaican breakfast dish topped with jerk chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Hominy, canned
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 (15-oz.) can coconut milk
- 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium low heat and cook, stirring often, until thickened, about 1 hour. Adjust seasoning to your preference. Serve warm with any toppings from sweet to savory.
