Fingerling potatoes are great for pan frying!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound fingerling potatoes
- 5 tablespoons ghee
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut the potatoes in half on a bias.
- Heat a cast iron pan on the Egg to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Put the ghee in the pan and then add potatoes. Fry the potatoes until crispy and fully cooked. After fully cooking, place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
