Ranch Pretzels

Serve these at your next party and you will have everyone asking for the recipe!


  • 20 ounces mini-twist pretzels
  • 3/4 cups butter whiz
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sesasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard, or as desired
  • 1/2 cup honey, or as desired


  • 1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean up.
  • 2. Gently pour pretzels into a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir very gently to mix well, being careful not to break pretzels into little pieces.
  • 3. Pour pretzels onto the sheet pan and spread into an even layer.
  • 4. Preheat the EGG to 325º using indirect heat. Bake the pretzels for 15 minutes stirring every few minutes.
  • 5. Mix the mustard and the honey to desired taste. Serve with the pretzels.

Variation: On 8/12/14 for the burger class, we omitted the honey and followed the recipe as stated.
