What is the Culinary Incubator Network?
Chef JJ's Culinary Incubator is where talent and vision meet business planning and entrepreneurship! The incubator will guide chefs through all stages of business planning and establish a foundation for their own unique restaurant concept. Our goal is to help small, independent entrepreneurs find success.

Please join us as we feature Chef JJ’s Culinary Incubator Chef, Lee Rosser. In a former life he was a Professional Wrestler. Mentored at Indianapolis' Chef JJ’s Downtown, Chef Lee honed his skills serving up a wide range of styles; spanning multiple ethnic cuisines, backyard grilling, upscale spins on the classics, and more.

The doors open at 6:00 pm with the event beginning at 6:30 pm. The event will take place at Chef JJ's Downtown Indianapolis. This location does not own or operate any onsite parking. For your convenience there are nearby surface lots for a nominal fee as well as parking meters.

Ticket price is $45 and includes non alcoholic beverages and 5 courses of food. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. Seating is limited. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other classes or events.

Please Note: Due to the nature of this event, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions and/or special requests. We are a facility that uses nuts, soy, dairy, shellfish, and gluten. We strongly caution our clients with extreme allergies to be aware that these items are used in close proximity to the food being served.
