Pork Loin with Peach BBQ Sauce

This pork is topped with a sweet and vinegary bbq sauce.


  • red eye express dizzy rub
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • basic brine, see recipe
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Peach BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ancho chile powder


  • 1. Brine the pork for 2 hours. Remove from the brine and rub with the Dizzy Pig Rub. Preheat the EGG to 400º F using direct heat and a cast iron grate. Grill pork loin basting frequently with the bbq sauce and cook until an internal temperature reaches 135º. Let rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
