Pomegranate Pepper Dip

The recipe works as a dip or sauce for your Thanksgiving turkey.


  • 4 Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 3 red bell peppers, charred, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 cup toasted Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 pomegranate, seeded
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 oz. pomegranate molasses


  • 1. Soak dates in hot water until softened, about 10 minutes; drain.
  • 2. Pulse dates, red peppers, pomegranate juice, walnuts, and red-pepper flakes in food processor until smooth.
  • 3. With machine running, slowly add olive oil until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper.
