Make these onions for a garnish, charcuterie plate or even just to eat!


  • 1 red onion, sliced thinly
  • seasoned rice vinegar
  • salt, to taste


  • 1. Toss onions, salt and vinegar together and marinate at least 8 hours or overnight. Toss onions every now and then to evenly distribute the marinade.
