Make this pickle relish for a delicious addition to your burgers and dogs!


  • 1 cucumber, small diced
  • 1 small mild chilies, sliced thin and seeded and diced
  • 1 teaspoon sombal chili garlic paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar


  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated. Chill and serve.
