Pepperoni Pull Apart Bread

This is a perfect appetizer for all of your game time events!


  • 1 Standard pizza crust dough, see recipe
  • For the Filling:
  • 1 cup Pizza or marinara sauce, or as desired
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese, or as desired
  • 1/2 cup Sliced pepperoni, or as desired
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced


  • 1. Gently deflate the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured work surface. Roll it into a rectangle measuring roughly 20
  • 2. Trim the edges, discarding any scraps, to make straight sides along the rectangle.
  • 3. Cut the rectangle (width-wise) into 5 equal strips. Stack the strips atop one another and then cut the strips into 4 equal parts to make a total of 20 squares.
  • 4. Lightly butter a 9
  • 5. Preheat the EGG to 350FºF using indirect heat.
  • 6. Stir together the melted butter and minced garlic.
  • 7. Place the loaf pan on a baking sheet and bake it for 15 minutes.
  • 8. Remove the pan from the grill, brush the top of the loaf with the garlic butter, and then return it to the EGG to continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • 9. Remove the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes before turning the loaf out onto a serving plate. Cut as desired and serve warm.
