Ingredients

  • 4 oranges, preferably seedless
  • 1 cups torn basil leaves
  • 1 ea small red onion, slivered
  • 24 large oil-cured black olives, pitted
  • .75 cups extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chile powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • .5 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons salt

Directions

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve chilled.
