Cook Time:15 Minutes

Nutritional Information

A delicious balance of sweet and salty.

  • For the pizza:
  • 2 1/4 ounces nutella
  • 2 1/4 ounces pretzels, crushed
  • 3 ounces marshmallow fluff
  • 9 ounces basic pizza dough
  • For the caramel:
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1. For the pizza:
  • 2. Follow directions for basic pizza dough.
  • 3. Roll out the pizza dough until desired thickness
  • 4. Preheat the Egg to 425º using indirect heat.
  • 5. Spread the nutella on the pizza evenly. Sprinkle the crushed pretzel on the top and place dollops of marshmallow fluff all over the pizza. Sprinkle cornmeal on the platesetter to prevent the crust from sticking. Transfer to the stone and bake until the crust has browned and the toppings are heated throughout. Just before serving drizzle the peanut butter caramel on the pizza as desired.
  • 6. For the caramel:
  • 7. In a dry heavy saucepan cook sugar over moderate heat, without stirring, until it begins to melt. Continue cooking sugar, stirring with a fork, until melted and cook, without stirring, swirling pan, until a deep golden caramel. Remove pan from heat and add cream (caramel will bubble and steam). Return pan to heat and simmer, stirring, until caramel is dissolved. Add peanut butter and simmer, stirring, until smooth. Sauce may be made up to 1 week ahead and kept in an airtight container, chilled. Warm sauce before drizzling over pizza.
