Mojo De Ajo Steak

Nutritional Information

A really simple marinade that packs a lot of flavor.


  • 10 ounces peeled garlic cloves
  • 2 cups fruity olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 6 pounds steak


  • 1. Place garlic, olive oil, lime juice and salt in blender or food processor and blend to smooth paste. Place steak in a pan and cover with marinade. let sit for an hour or up to 3 hrs.
  • 2. Season steak with dizzy pig rub or salt and pepper. Preheat the Egg to 400º using cast iron grate and direct heat. Grill the steaks until desired doneness. Let rest before slicing and serving.
