Nutritional Information

This recipe is balanced with sweet and tartness and is perfect to top coconut panna cotta.


  • 2 whole limes, peeled and segmented
  • 2 1/2 sprigs mint
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  • 1. Combine everything except the limes in a sauce pot. Simmer until golden brown. Remove from the heat and let come to room temperature. Add the limes, and water if a thinner consistency is desired. Season with additional honey to taste.
