Maple Smoked Duck

Quick and easy smoked duck breast.


  • 1 ea. Duck Breast
  • 2 Tbsp. Rub
  • 1 ounce maple syrup


  • 1. Rub the Duck and cover, let sit refrigerated overnight.
  • 2. Preheat Egg to 225℉ add apple wood, plate setter pan of water, and stainless steel grate.
  • 3. Smoke the duck until internal temp. of 130ºF is reached. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
