  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 lemons, juice and zest
  • 2 tablespoons cornichons, minced
  • 2 tablespoons capers, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • 1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl; refrigerate until ready to use.
