These lamb chops are marinaded with garlic and herbs and grilled over direct heat.
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup black pepper
- 1/8 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs
- 12 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 16 each lamb chops
Directions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix black pepper, kosher salt, fresh herbs and garlic. Gradually stir in enough olive oil to form a thick paste. Rub into lamb before grilling.
- 2. Let marinate for 1 1/2 - 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- 3. Preheat the EGG to 425º F using direct heat and a cast iron grate.
- 4. Grill the lamb for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
