Horseradish Sauce

Nutritional Information

This horseradish cream combines the tartness of lemon, the heat of horseradish and the tanginess of white wine vinegar.


  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh, grated horseradish, peeled
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons worchestershire
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • 1. Mix until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
