Honey Cinnamon Butter

A sweet and savory spread for your dinner rolls.


  • 1 pound unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon,ground


  • 1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl of an electric mixer. Using the whisk attachment, whip ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
  • 2. You can adjust flavor, by adding more salt, honey or cinnamon.

Variation: Holiday Proteins & Sides Class 12/16/14, substitute 1/2 cup of honey with 1/2 cup of maple, follow directions as instructed.

Variation for Grilling Class, Baby It's Cold on 01/12/15, 01/13/15 and 01/14/15: Replace ground cinnamon with 3 tablespoons of maple syrup (and more to taste).
