Herb Rubbed Ribeye

This versatile rub can be used on just about anything!


  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup tarragon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup oregano, chopped
  • 1/4 cup marjoram, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
  • 2 pounds ribeye, trimmed and cut into steaks


  • 1. Combine all of the ingredients for the rub and season to taste. Rub the steaks with the rub and let sit for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Preheat the EGG to 425º using indirect heat with a cast iron grate. Grill until an internal temperature reaches 135º, or until desired doneness. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
