At this hands-on class, you will learn how to brine and season the very turkey you will serve on Thanksgiving Day. Enjoy some favorite sides dishes that our Chefs have created for their families along with some delicious turkey.
We will pre-order the turkeys and send out an email prior to this class to request the size of turkey that you will need. You will be taking your turkey home in the brine and will be given instructions on how to grill it on Thanksgiving Day! Ticket price does not include the price of the turkey, but all grilling class participants will receive a 10% discount off the price per pound.
Doors open at 6:00 pm with class starting at 6:30 pm. The event will take place at Chef JJ's Downtown Indianapolis. This location does not own or operate any onsite parking. For your convenience, there are nearby surface lots for a nominal fee as well as parking meters.
Classes are $70 per person plus a 21% service fee and includes the class recipes, non-alcoholic beverages, beer flight and 4 medium plate style courses. Beer and wine are available for purchase. These educational classes allow you to see all the action from prep work to grilling. Class participants will gain valuable tips and advice from our Chefs to use at home on the Big Green Egg. We encourage participants to take notes and ask lots of questions. At Chef JJ's you will get a unique dining experience that is both educational and entertaining, while eating fresh, local foods.
Class Ticket Policy: Seating is limited. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other classes or events. A deposit is paid online to reserve your seat with the remaining balance due the evening of the class.
