  • For the Lamb:
  • 18 pounds ground lamb
  • 6 cups grated red onion
  • 3/8 cups Powdered Gelatin
  • Spice Mixture:
  • 4 1/2 cups almonds, chopped fine
  • 48 Peeled Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 3/8 cups Dried Oregano
  • 3/8 cups Hot Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Ground Cumin
