Grilled Flank Steak

Nutritional Information

This marinade for flank steak combines coca-cola, soy sauce, dijon and garlic creating a flavor packed grilled steak!


  • 1/2 cup coca-cola
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 tablespoon worchestershire
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Raclette cheese, as desired
  • 3 pounds flank steak


  • 1. Mix together and marinate the flank steak for 3 hours.
  • 2. Preheat the EGG to 450º using direct heat and a cast iron grate. Grill the steak until desired doneness, putting the cheese on after you have flipped it. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
