Nutritional Information

This is a straight forward recipe that can be used for most types of vegetables.


  • 16 ounces vegetable
  • 1/2 ounces butter
  • Shakin the Tree Dizzy Pig Rub


  • 1. Toss the veggies in olive oil and the rub and grill over direct heat until cooked throughout.
  • 2. Toss the hot veggies in the butter until they are well coated. Season to taste and serve immediately

VARIATION: In our Smoking Class on 7/19/16 and 7/20/16, we used a mixture of vegetables and Dizzy Pig’s Raging River as the rub.
