Grilled Beans and Potatoes

Nutritional Information

These vegetables have vinegar, sugar and mustard and are finished with chives.


  • 1 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, quartered
  • 1 lbs green beans
  • 1/6 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives, for garnish


  • 1. Preheat grill to 450º using indirect heat. Toss the potatoes and beans in olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast until fork tender, about 30-45 minutes.
  • 2. Heat the vinegar, sugar, mustard, and salt and stir until thick and bubbly. Add the quartered, cooked potatoes and toss to coat. Garnish with the chives.
