Green Onion and Garlic Ribeye

This is a simple recipe for a delicious steak!


  • 1 pound ribeye, cut into steaks, if desired
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • For the Butter:
  • 4 ounces butter, softened
  • Meat Church Fajita Seasoning, to taste


  • 1. Combine the ingredients for the rub. Rub the ribeye and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • 2. Combine the ingredients for the butter. Adjust seasonings as needed. The butter should have some heat but not be too spicy.
  • 3. Preheat the Egg to 500º using direct heat and a cast iron grate. Grill the ribeye until an internal temperature of 125º. Let rest for 20 minutes before slicing and serving with the butter.
