Nutritional Information

This fritatta is filled with asparagus, ham and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper, as needed
  • olive oil, as needed
  • 1/2 bunch asparagus, or as desired
  • 4 ounces smoked ham, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped, for garnish

Directions

  • 1. Preheat the EGG to 425º using direct heat and a cast iron grate. Grill the asparagus until slightly charred. Chop and set aside.
  • 2. Grease an 8x8 grill safe pan. Place the asparagus and ham into the pan, top with eggs, cheese and chives.
  • 3. Convert the EGG to indirect heat preheated to 350º, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until just set.
