As the last of the summer harvest comes in, it's time to think about preservation! Learn different ways of pickling, fermentation, etc.

Doors open at 6:00 pm with dinner starting at 6:30 pm. The event will take place at Chef JJ's Downtown Indianapolis. This location does not own or operate any onsite parking. For your convenience, there are nearby surface lots for a nominal fee as well as parking meters.

Total cost is $65 + a 21% service fee. Gratuity is optional. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will secure your seat with the remaining balance paid the night of the class.
