Eggfest Potatoes

Nutritional Information

These potatoes are roasted on the Egg and tossed with butter, garlic and parmesan.


  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes, larger ones halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened, as needed
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • 1. Preheat the EGG to 400º using indirect heat. Roast the potatoes until they are fork tender.
  • 2. Meanwhile, combine the butter, cheese and garlic.
  • 3. Once the potatoes are cooked, immediately add the garlic mixture, Gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
