Dizzy Spare Ribs

Nutritional Information

These spare ribs are rubbed with Down and Dizzy rub and are smoked with cherry wood.


  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup beer of choice
  • mustard, as needed to coat ribs
  • 1 rack spare ribs, peeled
  • BGE Down and Dizzy rub, as needed
  • cherry wood, for smoking


  • 1. Evenly coat the ribs with the mustard and dizzy pig rub. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  • 2. Preheat Egg to 275º using indirect heat and the smoke for 4 hours. Mix the first three ingredients and mop the ribs every 15 minutes for the last 3 hours. Rest for 15 minutes and serve!
