Use this crisp recipe as a topping for a dessert pizza.


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • pinch kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into cubes


  • 1. With a pastry cutter, or your hands, mix the butter with the oats, graham cracker crumbs, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and brown sugar until it resembles small peas.
  • 2. Preheat Egg to 350º using indirect heat. Sprinkle the mixture on top of a pizza skin or other dessert and bake until toasted and slightly crisp.
