  • 1/2 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the crème fraîche, mustard, and lemon juice. Season lightly to taste.
  • 2. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
