Coddled Egg

Nutritional Information

Coddled eggs are lightly cooked or gently cooked eggs.


  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • 1. Spray a muffin pan. Place one tablespoon in 4 muffin cups. Crack each egg into it's own muffin cup on top of each tablespoon of cream. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the top of each egg.
  • 2. Preheat the EGG to 350º F using indirect heat. Bake the eggs for about 8 minutes or until only slightly jiggly.
  • 3. Remove from the grill and carefully remove each egg from the cup with a spoon. Serve immediately.
