This recipe features chipotle chiles, garlic and lemon.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons chipotle powder
- ¾ stick stick salted butter
- ¾ cans chipotle chile canned in adobo
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Directions
- 1. Coat shrimp with salt, pepper and chipotle pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl combine softened butter, chipotle chilis, garlic, lemon juice and parsley.
- 2. Pre heat grill to 400 degrees direct heat. Grill shrimp until cooked throughout.
