Chili Garlic Shrimp

This recipe features chipotle chiles, garlic and lemon.


  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle powder
  • ¾ stick stick salted butter
  • ¾ cans chipotle chile canned in adobo
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley


  • 1. Coat shrimp with salt, pepper and chipotle pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl combine softened butter, chipotle chilis, garlic, lemon juice and parsley.
  • 2. Pre heat grill to 400 degrees direct heat. Grill shrimp until cooked throughout.
